Sure-Fit Designs™
Refund Policy:
- Goods must be returned within three (3) weeks from date of receipt of order
- Proof of purchase is required
- Kits (and contents) must be in re-saleable condition
- 15% Re-stocking Fee will be levied
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
- If items have been discounted, are on a special sale or are a custom order - all sales are final.
- Return Authorization Required. Email/call before returning goods.

No email address is ever bought from a third party, nor are your addresses ever sold to any third party.
Email addresses are collected by:
1. Your signing up through the 'Join the Mailing List' form found on most pages of this site.
2. Through your purchase of any product/kit/item/sewing tool found within this site.
3. From your previous contact with Ranita Corporation/Sure-Fit Designs™.
As we move forward with the digitalization of each of the Kits in the Sure-Fit Designs™ line, or as other new products/tools become available, or as we have 'Specials' or 'Special Events' to inform you of, you will receive notification via the your email address that is currently on file. .
If at any time, you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please simply reply to an email that you've received (from our company) and put REMOVE in the subject line. It would be helpful if in the content of the email, you give the specific email address you want removed. All requests will be honored immediately.
