We realize the shipping/handling/postage fees to International destinations are high for this Dress Kit Combo. This is mainly due to the size and shape of the box which is necessary for the long (heavy) roll of tracing vellum.
If you would like to purchase WITHOUT the vellum, we would be happy to quote you a S&H/postage fee. Please keep in mind that the package would then be sent via First Class mail (not Priority Mail) and there would not be a Tracking #. Only Priority Mail receives tracking #'s for International shipments.
